Internship Spotter Terms of Service

1. The service
Internship Spotter ("the app") is a free program that runs on your own computer. With your permission it reads your Gmail (read-only) to find internship-related emails and shows them in a list. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your Google account
You sign in with your own Google account and may revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You are responsible for activity on your computer and account. Use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
3. Your data
The app stores its results only on your computer and sends nothing to the developer or any third party. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only with your own Gmail account, or one you are authorised to use. Do not use it to access anyone else's mail without permission, to break the law, or to interfere with Google's services. Do not redistribute modified copies as if they were the official app.
5. Accuracy
The app identifies emails with fixed rules and can miss emails or show a wrong company, role or status. Treat it as a convenience and check important messages in Gmail. Do not rely on it for deadlines or decisions.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may stop working, for example if Google changes its services or ends the app's access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including missed or misread emails.
8. Changes and ending use
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by signing out, revoking access and deleting the app and its data folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\InternshipSpotter). The developer may withdraw the app at any time.
